7학년: Sung Ahn SSN

Hello, my name is Sung Ahn. I have been a youth group teacher since 2017, and is currently in charge of the 7th graders, as well as various events that the Youth Group has and the Praise and Production Team. When I started out as a youth group teacher, it was because it seemed that the Youth Group needed me. But it seems that now I need the Youth Group to help me be centered with God, and I think I learn more from the students than they do from me! Thank you very much!

My name is Bona and I started serving as a youth group teacher last fall. I decided to serve as a teacher because of the positive impact youth group had on my life when I was a student myself. Especially throughout high school, the friendship, support, and love I received from my youth group family helped shaped me into who I am today. As a teacher, I hope I am able to give back as much as I received and contribute to the continual development of our Korean Christian community.

I joined Youth Group in winter 2014 in search of an English service and community. At first, I was just kind of filling in, but it’s grown on me since then. Nowadays I feel blessed to be part of this, and really feel like I’m receiving more from the students and fellow teachers than I could give out myself.

 

 

12학년: Sam Hyun SSN

Hello everyone! My name is Sam Hyun. I’ve spent the past 4 years working for the Massachusetts Speaker of the House and will be pursuing my Masters’s Degree at Brandeis University this fall. More importantly, I have been a teacher at RYG for the past five years. I’ve always had a heart to serve, especially the youth and who better than the RYG for the church I’ve been a part of my entire life. Having the blessing of serving the youth has saved my life and made me a better person. I have been blessed beyond my imagination and so grateful to be able to be a part of this family.
